Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi, an IHG Hotel

We had an awesome stay at this property for 2 nights. Starting from check in to check out all the staff were very very polite and soft spoken specially vanita at reception. We also had dinner at their restaurent which was very very tasty in 1600 INR for 2 person. The bed was very comfortable and rooms are near and clean. The wifi was very fast. The location is right outside the katra train station. Our room was facing the mata vaishodevi bhawan and the view was great. Shopping stores and restaurants are very nearby. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit.

New property, walkable distance from railway station, vegetarian only meals considering most of the guest arrive for pilgrimage.

The property is new and clean, the staff is exceptionally warm and nice. Vishal and Akash on the First Floor restaurant made sure we had an amazing food experience throughout the trip! They ensured everything in food was freshly prepared as what we liked. Thanks to the courtesy extended and a memorable stay!!

Very nice staff. Upgraded us to a bigger room with mountain view. Food was great. The restaurant has an open terrace is which is pretty. The location is convenient as it's next to the railway station. However, one needs to take a ride (by auto, cab) to get to the city center. It's around 1.5kms away. Although, transport is very easily available.
